Friendly, timely, efficient service. I had called Orkin before calling Mr. Orr. Orkin gave me a four-hour window and didn't show up even after four hours. While I was waiting for Orkin, I checked Service Magic and called Mr. Orr. He responded within minutes and we scheduled a time. He was flexible about the schedule and showed up on time. If I need to discuss any issues or change the appointment, I can call Mr. Orr directly instead of waiting on the phone for customer service. I am glad I cancelled Orkin and called Mr. Orr.

The owner, Tom was very friendly and professional. Work was quick, efficent and effective. Cockroaches were all gone after intial treatment. Will use Tom again without hesitation.
