Steve said that he'd take down draperies, bring to dry cleaner, and re-hang. He did not know how to re-hang and we had to do this ourselves. He expeced full payment, but we shorted him only $25 for his inability to complete the job. He forgot a sprayer at our house and pestered us to get it back, changing his mind constantly about when he'd come to pick it up. NOT a good experience, I will never call for services again.
